System includes an analysis chamber that is to be later populated with customer's existing instruments as well as other instruments to be purchased in the future. Frame allows a preparation chamber to be added at a later date. Load lock was mounted on the opposite side of SPM chamber from standard position to meet customer requirement. The unique pass-through design of the RHK chambers allow very flexible configuration options.
