SPM 1000 Controller - Perform a Full Range of SPM Techniques

The SPM 1000 is the only SPM control system designed to operate every scanner geometry. When the SPM 1000 was introduced twenty years ago, this was not just an asset, it was a necessity. Since that time, newer SPM designs have become popularized and commercialized, and the SPM 1000 has incorporated these into its tool set all the same. Any Technique or Experiment
The SPM 1000 allows you to modulate any signal and take feedback off any signal. Because of this, there is no need for those costly additional application modules other control manufactures have concocted. Its flexibility gives you a system ready for STM, AFM, MFM, NSOM, LFM/CSFM, KFM, SPFM, or any other possible SPM technique.
The SPM 1000 is the central processing system of any multi-instrument experiment. Connect any imaginable device to the SPM 1000, such as a lock-in amplifier, voltmeter, temperature controller, magnetometer, gaussmeter, on so on for any possible device that delivers a voltage output. The SPM 1000 provides a framework for experimental creativity that limited only by the human power to imagine. Everything else in this legendary controller is strictly by design.
Any Scan Head or Piezo Style

10 high-voltage scan control outputs are central to the hallmark flexibility of the SPM 1000. These independently buffered outputs are able to run even the most idiosyncratic scan head

design, but they also come with other advantages. For example, they allow you to optimize your Z piezo for faster scanning at low currents. There are also enough signals to run both the piezo-driven tip and sample, or run a bias at a high voltage.
