UHV7000 STM system with central load lock option mounted on a three chamber frame. The central load lock allows samples/probes to be transferred to the SPM chamber as well as to a future preparation/ analysis chamber to be mounted to the left of the load lock. Samples can also be transferred out the rear of the load lock to a glove box system for additional sample preparation.

The load lock has been mounted on the opposite side of the SPM chamber due to customer requirements. The unique pass-through design of the RHK chambers allow for very flexible configuration options.
