Home Built UHV 4K STM Controls:SPM 1000 Control System
The experiment was carried out in UHV with a home build 4K STM using a Femto preamplifier and the RHK SPM1000.
The images shows 17 Fe atoms on Cu(111) which were laterally manipulated with the STM to form the letters PI.
