Combination RHK SPM/Specs Surface Analysis system.
RHK Technology and Specs have teamed up to provide the world’s highest performance combination SPM/Surface Analysis systems. By allowing the customer to choose an SPM from RHK and a full range of Surface Analysis components from Specs, the customer can design a system comprised of best-of-breed performance. Combination systems are fully integrated to allow samples and probes to be easily exchanged between the various chambers.
The system delivered to the University of Ottawa contains an RHK AFM and LEED/Auger, Mass Spectrometer, and XPS components from Specs.
