Automatic Optimization of Scan Speed Versus Noise and Resolution
The SPM1000 provides high speed scanning required for dynamic surface studies (up to ten images per second) as well as ultra-low noise required for sensitive measurements. By automatically adjusting the data oversampling, the scan speed and noise always optimized. Oversampling at slower scan speed dramatically increases the measured signal's resolution and precision.
